Swiss Himmel is a leading bank executing a cross-border merger strategy from an old entity to a new entity. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Tester/Manual Tester to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Switzerland.
Job OverviewThis full-time Testing role is based in Zürich and offers an attractive salary and benefits package. As a Business Tester, you will work closely with the Test Lead during the migration to new systems required.
The scope of this Testing role involves Wealth Management products. Area of Business will be Securities, corporate actions, and Custody services. To give you an idea of how this Business Testing position would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
- Elicit, analyze, specify and verify Business Requirements
- Help technical teams to create optimal Use Cases and User stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Coordinate with the testing team during various phases of testing and represent end-users in the UAT phase.
To apply for this Business Testing role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
- Landscape of functional testing
- MS office
- Fluency in English and basic German
Apart from the above, candidates should have:
- Extensive exposure to ETL testing with experience in writing SQL Queries
- Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience of Oracle database
- Ability to work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration and test points.
- Ability to perform migration testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another.
- 1 year Strong work experience on SQL
