We have offices in key locations around the world, and are currently seeking to hire in Germany or Switzerland at the Senior Project Manager, Director, and Partner level.

Our firm was founded by an experienced consultant who had previously worked at top management consulting firms and global pharma companies. We've built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs, and continue to grow and evolve as a result.

Our Approach

Key Skills:

  1. A minimum of 5 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with good knowledge of the Life Sciences industry (Senior Project Manager).
  2. A minimum of 7 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry (Director).
  3. 10 years+ of consulting experience from a leading management consulting firm, with deep knowledge across the life sciences industry, and a strong business development network across Europe (Partner).

In addition:

  1. Experience delivering successful projects in Commercial, Operations, Implementation, Procurement, Tech Ops, R&D or PMO.
  2. A 'hands-on' approach with a bias for execution.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics and explain them to a range of stakeholders.
  4. Outstanding communication and listening skills.
  5. An entrepreneurial mindset.
  6. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people and teams.
