We have offices in Switzerland, Germany, London, and across the USA, and are looking to selectively hire in Germany or Switzerland at the Senior Project Manager, Director, and Partner level.

Key Requirements:
- Senior Project Manager: A minimum of 5 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with good knowledge of the Life Sciences industry.
- Director: A minimum of 7 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry.
- Partner: 10 years+ of consulting experience from a leading management consulting firm, with deep knowledge across the life sciences industry, and a strong business development network across Europe.
In addition:
- Experience delivering successful projects in Commercial, Operations, Implementation, Procurement, Tech Ops, R&D or PMO.
- A 'hands-on' approach with a bias for execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics and explain them to a range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people and teams.
