Mechanical Technician

CERN is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of precision mechanical equipment.
You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and repairing or replacing faulty components.

Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on precision mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and repair or replace faulty components.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Qualification in Mechanical, Aerospace or Nuclear Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and integration.
- Proficiency in CAD systems and 3D drawing.
