Global Operations Manager

At Ypsomed AG, we are a leading provider of injection and infusion systems for self-medication with over 2,000 employees worldwide. Our company is headquartered in Burgdorf, Switzerland, and has various production sites and subsidiaries globally.
Job Description- Project Management Support: Track project performance, including budgets, schedules, scope, and tool management, ensuring defined follow-up actions are completed.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare meeting minutes, oversee time records, absences, ad-hoc tasks from management, and purchase requisitions.
- Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, introduce new tools, and optimize communication channels (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Teams).
- Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional efforts and ensure alignment between different teams and management.
- Masters degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or proven experience (3+ years).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to create insightful project dashboards and performance reports.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., PQForce, SAP PS).
- Fluent in English and German language.
