Job Description
In order to enhance our Quality Department, we are recruiting a Reliability Lab & Quality Assurance Technician to support our efforts in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Reliability Testing
- Organize and plan reliability tests for all EM products according to customer and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare test setups and assemble components as needed.
- Issue reliability reports and collaborate with test engineers to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain the reliability test database.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Conduct HTOL reliability monitoring on high-priority technologies.
- Calculate FIT rates and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Perform internal calibration and maintenance on reliability equipment.
- Coordinate external maintenance and calibration for reliability lab equipment.
Customer Claim Support
- Update customer claim databases with relevant information.
- Notify customers of sample receipt and provide status updates.
- Prepare and communicate weekly claim status and cockpit reports.
Administrative Tasks
- Issue purchase requests and credit notes as needed.
- Track and report on purchase orders and credit notes.
