Senior Clinical Integration Specialist for Digital Biomarkers

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Biomarker Clinical Integration Manager to join our team at Roche. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative digital remote monitoring concepts and solutions.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for executing our digital biomarker strategy, seamlessly integrating mobile sensor data workflows in clinical development processes for customers with needs in areas of disease understanding, company internal drug decision-making, and regulatory treatment approval.
  • Establish trusted partner relationships with clinical trial customer teams, from pre-sales conversations through to study protocol development, setup, and close-out.
  • Integrate, project manage, and lead delivery of digital biomarker deployments in clinical trials with Roche Pharma and external customers.
  • Drive remote patient monitoring parts of IRB/Ethics Committee submissions and address follow-up questions.
  • Develop translation, logistics, support, and related processes, selecting and managing vendors that provide these services at scale.
  • Prepare and manage distribution of site supporting materials, including trainings.
  • Provide operational support for digital biomarker solutions in studies, serving as the point of contact.

  • Execute digital biomarker strategy, integrating mobile sensor data workflows in clinical development processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial customer teams.
  • Project manage and lead delivery of digital biomarker deployments in clinical trials.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, or engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
