We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solution Manager to join our Digital Biomarker team at Roche. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in co-creating and driving the development and application of digital endpoints for multiple disease areas.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with our scientific solution lead and other stakeholders to develop data insights products around our digital health solutions.
- Lead data analysis activities at the intersection of digital biomarkers and established clinical data.
- Co-develop and execute data analysis plans around the clinical validation of digital features/scores derived from our digital health solutions.
- Interface with internal and external data science teams working on related topics and data.
- Deliver scientific support for customer interactions, including participating in customer calls and scientific advisory meetings.
- Lead data analysis activities in matrix teams and drive the understanding of data analysis results by clinical development programs.
- Write manuscripts for peer-reviewed journal articles to establish the biological, clinical, and patient relevance of data collected in novel digital biomarker approaches.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, natural science, or informatics.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science on digital biomarker data, preferably in the clinical trial space.
- Knowledge of validation analysis methodologies to establish psychometric properties of read-outs derived from DHTs.
- Methods for longitudinal analysis of read-outs derived from DHTs.
- Experience working in a goal-oriented manner with the customer in mind.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for endpoint development with emphasis on digital health technologies.
- Strong experience with analyzing and visualizing large data sets.
- Track record of writing compelling publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
- Proficient in Python, R, or similar software packages/languages.
