About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Digital Biomarker Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital biomarker team, you'll be responsible for analyzing clinical and digital biomarker data from various studies to develop and improve our digital biomarker solutions. You'll also support evidence generation activities with statistical modeling and analysis expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical and digital biomarker data from various studies to develop and improve our digital biomarker solutions.
- Support digital biomarker evidence generation activities with statistical modeling and analysis expertise.
- Be responsible for a work package, breaking down business questions into planned work, following up on work in progress, risk assessment, communicating on progress and results, reading literature, writing reports, and publications.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of statistical analysis pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum Master's degree in biomedical engineering, bioinformatics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of applying statistical methods such as linear mixed effect models, mixed models for repeated measurements, and survival analyses.
- Proficient with Python and R, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, mmrm, lme4, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, and ggplot.
- Sound knowledge of best software development practices, including unit testing, documentation, and version control.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as V3+.
- Disease and clinical trial knowledge, especially in movement disorders.
- Experience with working in a cloud environment.
