Production Equipment Repair Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Equipment Repair Technician to join our team at Lonza Biologics Porriño SLU. As a key member of our Production department, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing complex equipment in our clean room and sterile environment.
Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of equipment in the clean room and sterile environment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Functional testing to validate the effectiveness of repairs and record-keeping of maintenance services and repairs.
- Collaboration with Plant Engineering to ensure equipment integration and process efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- EFZ apprenticeship in mechanics or related field.
- Experience as a mechanic, preferably in a similar production environment.
- P&ID diagram interpretation skills.
- German language proficiency; English is an advantage.
- Independent work style and attention to detail.
- Customer focus and adaptability.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a 2-shift pattern.
