Responsibilities- Review and process all account openings of Legal Entities, guaranteeing seamless integration with our systems
- Support and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to enhance their business development capabilities
- Manage physical and electronic static data throughout the client lifecycle, maintaining high levels of accuracy and security
- Verify client signatures on documents and instructions, upholding the highest standards of compliance
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our processes, products, and services to provide exceptional client experiences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reviewing complex structures from a CDB perspective
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including AML, FATCA/QI, and CRS
- Proficiency in Avaloq and industry-specific knowledge are essential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to work independently under pressure
- Fluency in English is mandatory
We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
