Field Sales Excellence Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Excellence Professional to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence across our retail network.

Your primary objectives will be to develop and implement quality standards, manage field force operations, and lead and develop team members.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Sales Excellence and Quality Standards
  • Define and continuously improve store segmentation for all product categories
  • Develop and oversee Field force operations and intelligence systems, including retail dashboard/reporting, mystery shopping, and Field force quality checks
Team Development and Leadership
  • Set targets and evaluate promoters, including performance reviews and development of improvement strategies
  • Lead regular Field force meetings, such as briefings, and best practice discussions

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or similar
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position and environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
