Project Lead: Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the World Economic Forum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering UpLink Innovation Challenges, a key component of our work in accelerating the delivery of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of UpLink Innovation Challenges, from concept to delivery.
- Manage relationships with key partners, including internal stakeholders and external organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and support winners of UpLink Innovation Challenges, including identifying their needs and designing appropriate programmes and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including digital engagement and other relevant Forum teams, to leverage their networks, expertise and communication opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the continuous development of the UpLink platform and challenge life-cycle process, including its self-service model.
Requirements and Skills:
- Genuine passion for scaling impact in the SDG space.
- Strong and demonstrated project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Several years of work experience in customer success management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Experience in impact start-up space and/or with innovation competition frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mind, with a strong understanding of business models and strategies.
