Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute tailored CLM strategies that optimize customer value and engagement, aligning with Capco's mission.
- Play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our client network through excellent content delivery and relationship management.
- Conduct business analysis to define clear and understandable business requirements for your IT colleagues.
- Support various business lines by following up on business requirements, conducting testing to ensure functionality delivery quality.
- Report regularly and comprehensively on your progress and issues to key stakeholders.
- Be reactive and support teams when issues arise to fix/mitigate them quickly.
- Regularly update and consult with senior management on the progress and effectiveness of CLM strategies, providing reports and insights.
Your Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; a master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of different business lines of a bank, their role, and interaction with the general organization.
- Key skills include digital onboarding, digital channels, digital advisory/omnichannel, and digital marketing/Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience with CLM tools such as Salesforce, BSI, HubSpot, EngageBay.
- A 'can-do' attitude with a strong passion for business improvement and change.
- Good understanding of day-to-day production activities of different business teams.
- Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
- Fluency in English and French, coupled with presentation skills.
