The Successful Candidate

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and manage events, both internal and external, including logistics and attendee coordination.
  • Conduct research on various topics as required by the CEO and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
  • Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
