Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our Finance Inventory Control Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate tracking and availability of our products to meet customer demand.

• Coordinate the buy process across functions, including Merchandise, FP&A, and Customer Service, to validate the buying process of new season products.
• Support forecasting activities by analyzing marginality for Wholesale and Retail & Ecommerce channels, covering IMUs, Off-price, Reserves, and Hedge.
• Supervise the retail initial pricing process for all product categories across Ecommerce, Lifestyle, and Outlet channels in Europe, including critical path definition, seasonal initial price finance validation, and weekly analysis of price consistency.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of RLM, MMS, Qlikview, and Pricing Tools a plus.
• Business-level knowledge of the English language.
• Demonstrated experience in Forecasting/Controlling, Pricing, or similar roles, with 3-5 years' experience in a similar industry a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team, with good interpersonal skills in People Management.
