Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our Finance Inventory Control Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and availability of our products to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functionally the buy process, working closely with Merchandise, FP&A, and Customer Service teams to validate the buying process of new season products.
  • Support forecasting activities, ensuring precise analysis on marginality for Wholesale and Retail & Ecommerce channels.
  • Supervise retail initial pricing process, defining critical path, analyzing price consistency, and providing recommendations for pricing process evolution.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to provide/receive information, resolve questions, and give visibility to all involved parties.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.
  • RLM, MMS, Qlikview, and Pricing Tool knowledge a plus.
  • Business-level knowledge of the English Language.
  • Demonstrated experience within Forecasting/Controlling, Pricing, or similar roles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team, demonstrating good interpersonal skills in People Management.
