About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our team at Global Message Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by analyzing complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation, including API documentation and system requirements.
  • Integration and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test integrated systems, ensuring seamless functionality and high-quality results.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, task management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to technical inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system analysis, business process improvement, and technical documentation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in API documentation, integration, and testing; experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira); basic understanding of web applications and database architecture.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
