Job Title: Solution Owner - Tagetik GC&R

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Owner to join our Finance Team at Lindt & Sprüngli. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Tagetik GC&R solution roadmap, aligning with the end-to-end Finance lead and BPO GC&R on overall solution, and ensuring the integration of Tagetik with SAP ERP project organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the Tagetik GC&R solution roadmap, including modules, data integration, modernization, and cost efficiency.
  • Align with the end-to-end Finance lead and BPO GC&R on overall solution.
  • Ensure the integration of Tagetik with SAP ERP project organization.
  • Define ownership and processes within the GC&R Tagetik database, including different modules and master data.
  • Continuously improve the Tagetik GC&R solution and identify opportunities from industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business economics.
  • Ideally, working experience in the area of controlling, with Tagetik experience being a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and affinity for IT.
  • Analytical, logical, and conceptual capabilities.
  • Business acumen.
  • Proficient English knowledge and advanced German knowledge required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
