Materials Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Materials Coordinator to join our team at TN Switzerland. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for processing orders for materials in accordance with company policy and practice.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and performing activities such as order entry, order acknowledgement, order revision, and preparation of shipping documents.

You will also be involved in tracking orders and customs clearance by working with transportation carriers and brokers. In addition, you may coordinate intercompany scheduling of orders subject to critical delivery dates.

As a Materials Coordinator, you will review orders for conformance to export control regulations and take the required actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support other departments in logistics-related inquiries
  • Participate in testing new features in SAP
  • Represent TN Switzerland as a loyal ambassador, showcasing confidence in the company and its products
  • Assist other Varian sites in logistics questions
  • Report activities regularly
  • Be willing to increase personal skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned
