We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnologist / Operator to join our team at Lonza, a global leader in life sciences. As a Biotechnologist / Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth in several business units.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirements in various functions within the production facilities.
- Recognize, interpret, and eliminate deviations to maintain high-quality standards.
- Execute production steps, including recording and calculations, to ensure accurate and efficient processes.
- Support the training of new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Completed chemical or biopharmaceutical education.
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technician.
- Safety-conscious work ethic and knowledge of process engineering.
- Fluent English language skills.
- German language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including a 4-shift pattern, with flexible work scheduling.
