As a skilled technician with a technical background, are you ready to transition into a biotechnologist role? Lonza is seeking individuals with expertise in electrical circuits, machines, and tools to join our team in Visp, Switzerland.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Adhere to safety regulations and GMP quality standards while engaging in various functions within our production facilities.

  • Identify, interpret, and resolve production deviations to ensure smooth operations.

  • Execute production steps with accuracy, including detailed recording and calculations.

  • Support and train new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.



Requirements:





  • Experience as an operator, technician, or mechanic with technical and practical knowledge of machines and tools.

  • In possession of certain technical licenses, such as a plumber license or HVAC technician license.

  • A strong commitment to safety-conscious work practices.

  • The ability to work well with your hands.

  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.

  • The ability to work well with others.

  • Understanding of process engineering principles.

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • Willingness to work in a 4-shift pattern with flexible scheduling.
