A Senior Insurance Business Analyst role has become available at Capco Switzerland - Zurich.
About the Role
This exciting position involves working as part of a collaborative and innovative team driving change within the insurance industry. You will have the opportunity to contribute to and shape projects for existing and new clients in the insurance area, helping develop revolutionary tools from idea to code together with onsite, nearshore and offshore teams.
You will advise and support our customers in the insurance environment, focusing on areas such as digital business models, customer management, data & analytics, platforms & ecosystems, integration and automation, etc.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide support along all project phases from concept development and requirements analysis to implementation in business and technology, actively contributing to the acquisition of new projects with existing clients as well as new business relationships.
Your Expertise
To succeed in this challenging role, you should have a sound understanding of the insurance industry and work experience in consulting or the insurance sector. An interest in data and technology topics is highly beneficial, particularly in areas like Analytics, AI, Cloud, Architecture, System Integration or other IT topics.
You must also possess excellent communication skills in English and German, coupled with presentation skills. Teamwork skills are essential, as you will be working collaboratively with colleagues and clients throughout various projects.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.
