Medical Device System Architect

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers to collect product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop the system architecture of medical devices, ensuring patient safety, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.
- Define the integration of system components and ensure proper device functionality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and plan integration and verification activities.
- Contribute to risk analyses and develop risk reduction measures.
- Regularly report project progress to project managers and product owners.
- Technical or scientific degree (B.Sc. FH, M.Sc. ETH or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in medical product development.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, reliable, and structured work style.
- Open and solution-oriented personality.
- Fluent English with the ability to speak German (min. B2 level).
