We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at TN Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Front Office in new client adoption and account maintenance activities, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
- Participate in continuous assessment and improvement initiatives to enhance the client onboarding process, identifying areas for optimization and proposing effective solutions.
- Monitor account opening and maintenance processes, proactively following up with Front Office teams to ensure timely progress and resolving any related issues.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting on account opening processes, defining and tracking improvement actions to drive business efficiency.
- Contribute to periodic projects focused on sharing expertise and driving process efficiency within the organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of client documentation and regulations in Swiss banking, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and deliver accurate results.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in a similar role, with a strong focus on new client adoption and account maintenance.
- Familiarity with Avaloq and Appway is an asset, as well as knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations.
- Fluency in English is essential, with French being a desirable skill.
