Our Needs

We require a skilled HR professional who can take on the responsibility of managing our human resources consulting needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR and be well-versed in the requirements of the Swiss labor market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monthly payroll processing through Bexio, ensuring timely execution of year-end tasks.
  • Monitoring working hours and tracking employee absences to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing reports on accidents and illnesses, while overseeing child and family allowances.
  • Reconciling social security contributions and withholding taxes to guarantee adherence to Swiss regulations.
  • Managing all aspects of personnel administration, including contract management and employee communication.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, students, and authorities, including facilitating the process of obtaining work permits for international students.
Requirements:
  • Residency with a minimum of a B-permit.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in HR.
  • KV apprenticeship or equivalent training.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Mac and Windows, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with BEXIO payroll accounting program is advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach, with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and initiative-taking attitude.
  • German mother tongue and good knowledge of English.
