We are seeking a seasoned HRIS/Workday Specialist to join our client's team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of the HR Operations department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining HR systems and interfaces.
This role involves close collaboration with the Head of HR Operations to enhance service delivery, manage system updates, and ensure business requirements are met. Key responsibilities include evaluating system modifications, coordinating external support, ensuring data governance and security, maintaining master data in Workday, and delivering analytics through Workday reporting.
You will also be responsible for testing integrations and maintaining IT documentation for all HR applications. To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree or equivalent in Human Resources and/or Information Technology, along with extensive experience in supporting, customizing, and developing HR applications, specifically in Workday.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday is required, as well as practical expertise in process automation and system integration. Experience in the financial industry and/or in HR is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate system modifications to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Coordinate external support for HR system maintenance and upgrades
- Maintain data governance and security standards for HR systems
- Develop and deliver analytics through Workday reporting
- Test integrations between HR systems and other applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation for HR applications
