The research in ZRC is carried out by leading experts in the technological area of computing with a strong reputation as academic research partners in universities across the world or in recognized global industries. Zurich Research Center provides an open research environment where academics and experts are encouraged to visit and work on research alongside Huawei staff in an environment that, like the best universities and research institutes, is open and conducive to such scientific work.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for employee Onboarding Management, including internal processes, purchase order (PO) management, contract management, etc.
  • Responsible for employee Offboarding Management, including internal processes, operational guidelines, etc.
  • Responsible for handling inquiries and providing answers related to Onboarding & Offboarding matters.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Science and Engineering background, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of working experience in a large company.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong stress resistance, and a long-term interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
