HR Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented HR Operations Assistant to join our team at the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). As an HR Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our staff, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service to clients, providing timely and accurate support in person, via phone, and via email.
- Manage administrative tasks related to staff members' life cycle, including employment contracts, amendments, unpaid leave, births, attestations, employee departures, and more.
- Organize and execute Newcomers' Day, including sending invitations, preparing documents, and welcome gifts, handling logistics, and delivering presentations.
- Prepare child, maternity, and paternity allowance applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including updating the HR database.
- Process invoices for the HR team and follow up with the Finance Division.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and designing PowerPoint presentations.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in HR is an asset.
- Commercial apprenticeship (Swiss CFC or equivalent).
- HR Certificate is an asset.
- Proficient in English, French, and other languages are an asset.
- Highly service-minded, team-oriented, and organized individual with strong time-management skills.
