Job Opportunity: Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at STAEGER PERSONAL PARTNERS. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all Swiss corporate tax matters, including direct and indirect taxes, for our international group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice to business and finance teams, ensuring compliance with Swiss tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies, working closely with our Chief Tax Officer in the Netherlands.
  • Manage the calculation of corporate income tax accruals, deferred tax positions, and tax returns/declarations.
  • Monitor and assess potential Swiss tax risks, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte) or similar education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in auditing and tax consultancy, or within an international company.
  • Familiarity with Swiss accounting and reporting standards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, and knowledge of accounting software Abacus is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (corporate language) and German, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
