Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Game Master at Escape City. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating an immersive and engaging experience for our guests, guiding them through our escape rooms and ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brief and introduce guests to the game, explaining the rules and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to guests throughout the game, helping them to solve puzzles and overcome challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain the escape rooms, ensuring they are clean and ready for guests.
  • Answer questions and provide information about the game and our products.
  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
  • Assist with bar operations, serving drinks and preparing snacks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
