Job Description

**Role Overview**

HelloKindred is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to ensure effective daily internal communication to all vocational and professional students. This role will contribute to enhancing the student experience on Campus and its programs through strategic internal communication initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and engaging non-academic communications across Campus and its programs.
  • Produce, enhance, and validate non-academic student communications for the campus.
  • Define, analyze, and update priority areas and yearly plans for improving student experiences.

**Collaboration and Project Leadership**

  • Establish a service-oriented relationship with the School of Practical Arts and Campus Management team, providing guidance on communication strategies.
  • Lead communication initiatives targeting vocational and professional students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key messages.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments to optimize strategies, align messaging, and ensure consistency across channels.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in journalism, communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in a similar position and five years of professional experience.
  • Marketing and Communications experience is mandatory.
