The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, leading a team of specialists, and monitoring sales performances.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead a team of specialists to achieve sales targets and improve brand image
- Monitor sales performances and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure, ideally for a luxury brand
- Strong knowledge of domestic and travel retail networks, as well as eCommerce
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
