Corporate Real Estate Intern with Data Analytics Focus

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Real Estate Intern with a strong focus on data analytics to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Global Capital Investment & Real Estate (CIRE).

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to apply skills learned in academia to the broad field of corporate real estate and workplace. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of best-in-class workplaces and experience strategies for our employees globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workplace utilization data to help draw conclusions on optimal asset operations and inform data-driven workplace strategies.
  • Design and implement improved data management protocols, including process design and data management.
  • Support the review and extrapolation of critical data to drive the real estate demand analysis process and other relevant portfolio management processes.
  • Deliver global workplace surveys across the portfolio, managing data capture, survey optimization, and findings presentation to local project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Data Analytics or Real Estate.
  • A technical background with a passion for data management/analytics and storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in English (a second language is an asset).
  • Experience with Tableau and other data tools, as well as proficiency in Google Suite (gMail, gDoc, gSheet, etc.).
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
