Job Description

Pdainterim is seeking a highly skilled F&B Administration Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Finalization: Accurately prepare and finalize daily, monthly, and seasonal financial statements for the F&B department.
  • Mini Bar Consumption Control: Monitor and manage mini bar consumption, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Stocktaking Support: Assist in conducting regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
  • F&B Administration Assistance: Provide administrative support to the F&B team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Spot Checks and Quality Control: Conduct spot checks on incoming goods to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Purchasing Support: Collaborate with the purchasing team to source high-quality products for the F&B department.
  • Cash Register System Maintenance: Maintain and update the MATRIX cash register system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Merchandise Management Program: Utilize the KOST merchandise management program to track and manage inventory, shipments, and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Apprenticeship: Possess a completed commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry or equivalent education.
  • Professional Experience: Have gained initial professional experience in similar positions within first-class hotels.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, team spirit, and enthusiasm in your work.
  • Technical Skills: Possess good knowledge of MATRIX, KOST, and PROTEL systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in German, Italian, and/or French, with other languages being an asset.
