As a Senior Project Manager at Mace, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in the pharmaceutical sector, overseeing multiple projects from small value through to 100M+ CHF. Your role will be based in Basel, Switzerland, and you will be part of a team that provides a range of services to the research and biopharmaceutical sectors.

  • You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
  • You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the associate director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
  • You will lead projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.
  • You will guide and coordinate with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators, providing day-to-day management and leadership of the project and the project team.
  • You will deliver internal fee expectations, together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.
