- Mission Impact: You play a key role in Climeworks’ success by identifying future Climeworkers, making a lasting impact on our growth and mission. - Recruitment Leadership: You drive our hiring journey and create an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers as the first face of Climeworks. - Operational Recruiting: You own the full recruiting cycle from active sourcing to assessing of candidates up to preparing and making the offer. - Stakeholder Collaboration: You act as a sparring partner for our hiring managers and take the lead in candidate assessments. - Team Management: You lead a recruitment intern who will support you in advertising, scheduling and daily operative tasks. - Process Innovation: As a future-oriented company we need to think ahead: bring in your ideas and expertise to shape or re-shape recruitment and employer branding processes. - Culture & Engagement: You give our culture a voice by running initiatives such as our culture survey, translating insights into concrete actions that foster an inspiring and inclusive workplace. - Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or similar. - Experience: You have at least two years of in-house recruitment experience managing the full process; additional agency experience in engineering/science is a plus. - Technical Skills: You bring strong knowledge of active sourcing and understand modern recruitment practices. - Your Strengths: You are customer-focused, agile, and dynamic, with a self-starter mindset and a positive attitude. - Languages: You are fluent in English and have good German skills.
