Our client is the Fund Management of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a project manager (m, f, d) for the fund manager as a IT Project Manager Fund Operations Aufgaben - Manage and run fund manager's portfolio projects with global projects and budget responsibility by leading meetings and workshops - Lead end-to-end projects to ensure scope and timely completion - Understanding business and solution architecture, key business projects, project requirements, scope, and deliverables were defined in collaboration with relevant stakeholders - As the main contact person and coordinator, the fund manager's business processes are developed, implemented, and tested prior to launch - Business processes that follow the target operating model are developed, implemented and tested before going live - Supporting implementation initiatives - Responsible for documenting business designs and specifications - Creating reports and management tools based on the fund manager's key business processes - Ongoing review, analysis, and optimization of fund management processes - Ensuring open and regular communication with all project participants and managing the prioritisation of requirements - Management and supervision of external IT providers, as well as project development - Ad hoc projects. Qualifikation - Bachelor's or Master's with a focus on IT, Business Informatics, or Engineering - Project management certification required e.g. CAS, PMP, AgilePM, CSM, etc. - Project management experience in the fund industry, gained at a bank, fund management company or consultancy firm - Interest in project management methodology and practical pragmatism - Experience in project management as well as change management - Ability to moderate all kinds of topics between business and technology teams and and to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner - Well-structured analytical personality, as well as being independent and hands-on - Self-starter, networker with passion for project management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Strong leadership skills - German and English.
