The client is the Fund Management division of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for the fund manager. Responsibilities Manage and run fund manager's global projects and budget responsibility by leading meetings and workshops. Lead end‑to‑end projects to ensure scope and timely completion. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business and solution architecture and define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Act as the main contact person and coordinator for development, implementation, and pre‑launch testing of the fund manager’s business processes. Develop, implement, and test business processes that follow the target operating model before going live. Support implementation initiatives. Document business designs and specifications. Create reports and management tools based on key business processes. Continuously review, analyse and optimise fund management processes. Ensure open and regular communication with all project participants and manage the prioritisation of requirements. Manage and supervise external IT providers as well as internal project development. Handle ad‑hoc projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on IT, Business Informatics, or Engineering. Project‑management certification required (e.g., CAS, PMP, AgilePM, CSM). Project‑management experience in the fund industry, gained at a bank, fund management company, or consultancy firm. Interest in project‑management methodology and practical pragmatism. Experience in change management. Ability to moderate discussions between business and technology teams and explain complex issues clearly. Well‑structured analytical personality, independent and hands‑on. Self‑starter, networker with a passion for project management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership skills. German and English language proficiency.
