Missions principales - Développer et entretenir un réseau solide d’ingénieurs, d’architectes, de maîtres d’ouvrage et d’entreprises générales dans le canton de Vaud et sur Genève. - Prospecter de nouveaux clients et transformer les opportunités en contrats. - Présenter et vendre les solutions de modélisation et digitalisation, démontrant l’efficacité des outils pour optimiser les coûts et délais des projets de construction. - Collaborer avec l’équipe opérationnelle et la direction pour suivre les projets et assurer la satisfaction des clients. - Participer à la stratégie commerciale et au développement du futur pôle commercial. Job requirements - Expérience confirmée de minimum 6 ans en vente B2B, idéalement dans l’ingénierie, le BTP ou les technologies numériques. - Idéalement avec un carnet d’adresses sur Lausanne et connaissance du marché romand. - Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens aigu de la négociation. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer un portefeuille clients de façon proactive. - Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et la digitalisation dans le secteur de la construction.
