Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

- Selbständige Installationen und Maintenance der Scanlösung Autostore und der DMS Suite IPA

- Sichern der zugesagten Stabilität der installierten Lösungen

- Beratung und Schulung der Kunden in der Nutzung der eingesetzten Systeme

- Erstellen der Betriebs- und Abnahmedokumentation für den Kunden

- Mithilfe bei der Design-Phase und «Prof of Concept» Installationen

- Sicherstellen der verrechenbaren Dienstleistung

- Übernahme der Betreuung im operativen Betrieb für einzelne Kunden

- 2nd und 3rd Level Support

Ihr Profil:

- Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ oder im elektrischen/elektronischen Bereich

- Mehrjährige IT-Erfahrung

- Branchenkenntnisse (von Vorteil)

- Fundierte Erfahrung als System Engineer im Microsoft Windows-Server Umfeld

- Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft SQL Server, Azure/Cloud Umfeld, Regex sowie in Group Policy Management, AD/IIS

- Sehr systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

- Belastbare und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit

- Verantwortungsbewusst mit grosser Freude daran, Neues zu lernen und in die Praxis umzusetzen

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
