Starte deine neue Reise jetzt mit einem persönlichen ROCKEN® Talent Profil und profitiere von spannenden Jobs Rolle: In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Projekte im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur. Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams, stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher und übernimmst das Reporting an relevante Stakeholder. Mit deinem tiefen technischen Verständnis treibst du die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme voran und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale. Du entwickelst Standards und Prozesse weiter und sorgst für deren nachhaltige Implementierung. Dabei agierst du mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und gestaltest aktiv zukunftsfähige IT-Lösungen. Verantwortung: - Du bearbeitest komplexe Supportfälle im 2nd-Level-Support für Fachanwendungen, inklusive Analyse, Reproduktion und fallabschliessender Lösung gemeinsam mit Partnern wie Bison. - Als IT-Service-Management Spezialist priorisierst und bewertest Du Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und begleitest deren Umsetzung. - In dieser Rolle koordinierst Du Incidents, Changes und Releases, überwachst deren Umsetzung durch externe Dienstleister und führst das interne Monitoring. - Du übernimmst das Applikationsmanagement für Systeme von Bison mit Fokus auf Verfügbarkeit, Releaseplanung sowie EDI und eIAM. - Unterstützend schulst Du Mitarbeitende zu applikationsbezogenen Themen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Serviceverbesserung bei. - Du stellst die Einhaltung der SLAs sicher, verantwortest das Reporting und managst Assets und Lizenzen gemäss internen Richtlinien. Qualifikationen: - Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in, Betriebsinformatiker/in oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige berufliche Qualifikation - Du kennst dich bestens mit IT-Serviceprozessen wie Incident-, Change- und Release-Management sowie SLA-Steuerung aus - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im EDI- und eIAM-Umfeld sowie im 2nd-Level-Support zeichnen dich aus - Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen präzise und findest passende Lösungen - Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und dein Koordinationsgeschick kommen in dynamischen Situationen gezielt zum Einsatz - Dank deines vernetzten Denkens verstehst du komplexe Geschäftsprozesse und Fachanwendungen, deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Profil erstellen: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Arbeitsort Biel/Bienne Kontakt Alessia Rotta, +41443852118
