We provide high-quality services to our global group companies in the areas of IT, logistics, customer service and real estate.We are looking for a :JUNIOR IT BUYER (100%)Description du posteIn this role, you are responsible to :Assist the IT Procurement manager with all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with all internal and external partnersCompliance: Review contract documents and purchase ordersCoordinate internal stakeholders/product owners, Legal department, Finance and IT-suppliersOrganize & maintain vendor contracts/agreements in Contracker toolManage IT vendor (supplier) relationshipSend all IT Procurement Purchasing orders to suppliersProfilHighly organized and detail-orientedMust be able to effectively work independently with general supervisionMust be a flexible team player, possessing a "hands-on" attitudeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Interest in IT environment as advantageMinimum 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant/ coordinator in a fast-paced work environmentExperience with internal and external written and verbal communication requiredCompétences requises(IT) procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting or Data Input Experience preferred (bachelor)LanguesEnglishFrench & German as an advantageLieu de travailThe Swatch Group Services LtdLängfeldweg 1192504 BielPersonne de contactAnaïs Bolay jid6d6b753aen jit0104aen jpiy26aen
