Because of the departure of the current employee, we are looking to recruit a:
Vos missions
- Operational management of purchase requisitions and repair orders
- Operational management of material purchases and ensuring the supply of the portfolio
- Analysis of the calculation of requirements, validation of proposals, placing of orders
- Management and input of tenders and analysis
- Management of all administrative and commercial tasks related to the purchasing process
- Follow-up and processing of changes to the manufacturing programme deadlines
- Dealing with non-conformities in collaboration with suppliers as Supplier Quality, defining and following up with them the action plan if necessary
- Research and selection of suppliers according to defined criteria
- Monitoring supplier performance and negotiations
- Control and optimisation of costs through tenders
- Continuously update the database
- Responsible for the follow-up of the apprentice (in polyvalence)
- Negotiate and monitor overhead contracts (multi-skilled)

Vos compétences
- Technical and/or commercial CFC with good knowledge of the other branch, ideally complemented by a Federal Buyer's Certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience in a purchasing department (industrial sector), purchasing of electrical/electronic and mechanical parts a plus
- Good knowledge of IT tools (ERP, MS office), Abas a plus
- Good command of French, German and English, Italian a plus
- Knowledge of transport regulations and customs systems
- Respectful of ethical principles (fair and honest)
- Ability to work in a team, communicative, critical and perceptive, proactive, dynamic, rigorous, good analytical and organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills
