We provide high-quality services to our global group companies in the areas of IT, logistics, customer service and real estate. We are looking for a : JUNIOR IT BUYER (100%)Description du poste In this role, you are responsible to : Assist the IT Procurement manager with all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with all internal and external partners Compliance: Review contract documents and purchase orders Coordinate internal stakeholders/product owners, Legal department, Finance and IT-suppliers Organize & maintain vendor contracts/agreements in Contracker tool Manage IT vendor (supplier) relationship Send all IT Procurement Purchasing orders to suppliers Profil Highly organized and detail-oriented Must be able to effectively work independently with general supervision Must be a flexible team player, possessing a "hands-on" attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
