Was wirst Du tun

- Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Management Accounting Teams
- Definition und Implementierung standardisierter Prozesse für das betriebliche Rechnungswesen
- Verantwortung für das SAP Controlling Modul inklusive Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Koordination mit IT und anderen Modulen
- Sicherstellung einer aussagekräftigen Berichterstattung an das Management und Erstellung von Sonderanalysen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines konzernweiten CAPEX Prozesses
- Realisierung von Projekten im Finance Bereich

Wer Du bist

- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Fachausweis in Controlling oder Diplom in Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Management Accounting eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP CO Modul und in Microsoft Office
- Souveräne, durchsetzungsstarke und beratungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
