  1. Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Management Accounting Teams
  2. Definition und Implementierung standardisierter Prozesse für das betriebliche Rechnungswesen
  3. Verantwortung für das SAP Controlling Modul inklusive Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Koordination mit IT und anderen Modulen
  4. Sicherstellung einer aussagekräftigen Berichterstattung an das Management und Erstellung von Sonderanalysen
  5. Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines konzernweiten CAPEX Prozesses
  6. Realisierung von Projekten im Finance Bereich

Wer Du bist

  1. Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Fachausweis in Controlling oder Diplom in Wirtschaftsprüfung
  2. Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Management Accounting eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens
  3. Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP CO Modul und in Microsoft Office
  4. Souveräne, durchsetzungsstarke und beratungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  5. Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  6. Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  7. Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
