Für unsere Abteilung Customer Project Manager Pool (CPMP) suchen wir einen initiativen und flexiblen
**Head of Customer Project 100% (m/w/d)
**Wir wenden uns für diese Position an einen Projektleiter mit Erfahrung, welcher das Projekt als **«Geschäftsfüh-**
**rer/in»** übernimmt und umsetzt. Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Projektleiter in der Intralogistik ist von Vorteil
aber nicht Voraussetzung.

**Was Sie bei uns bewegen**
- Weltweite Verantwortung und Führung von Grossprojekten in der Intralogistik
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Projektmanagements in den Bereichen Organisation, Kommunikation, Controlling und
Reporting
- Begleiten der Projekte von der Pre-sale-phase bis zur Übergabe
- Führungsverantwortung des internen und externen Projektteams und Lieferanten
- Verantwortung für Kosten
- und Fortschritt bei der Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, internen Stellen (Schnittstellenfunktion) und Drittlieferanten
**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Weiterbildung an einer Fachhochschule oder Hochschule (FH, Bachelor)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten
- Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Montage sowie Inbetriebnahme von Projekten
- Solides betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis für Buchhaltung und Controlling
- Systematisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit strukturiertem Vorgehen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen erwünscht
