La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l’intégration d’une grande diversité de solutions informatiques, allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading, en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d’entreprise. A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, elle est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.

Au sein du service Data, superviser et participer à la réalisation des évolutions techniques au sein de l’équipe Data Distribution. Les domaines touchent au data engineering, à la business intelligence ainsi qu’à la data distribution.

Votre rôle

En collaboration avec les Solution Architects et conformément aux besoins exprimés, définir et assurer la vision architecturale technique de nos solutions, puis la communiquer et la partager au sein de nos diverses communautés.

Vous aurez pour mission de:

- Mettre en place les processus et standards de développement au sein des projets, ainsi que les processus de construction et de promotion du code des produits.

- Participer à la formulation des besoins exprimés par les clients et proposer des solutions techniques qui répondent à ces besoins, dans le respect des standards et avec les technologies qui auront été définis.

- Se coordonner avec les équipes concernées pour que le produit repose sur une infrastructure correctement dimensionnée et configurée, et que toutes les composantes techniques périphériques soient correctement alignées.

- Développer, coordonner et superviser l’ensemble des tâches de l’équipe technique (ces tâches couvrent les activités de développement, de test, de build, de déploiement et de documentation).

- Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les activités de monitoring et de contrôle (avancement, points ouverts et risques).

- Emettre des propositions constructives d’évolution des pratiques, standards, outils et technologies en matière de développement.

- Assurer l’évolution, l’exploitabilité et le support technique des développements.

- Participer au piquet de 2e niveau et au support opérationnel de 3e niveau des applications critiques sous la responsabilité du service.

Your profile

- Diplôme universitaire, EPF, HES ou formation jugée équivalente.

- Très bonnes compétences dans les différents domaines précités (data engineering, business intelligence et data distribution).

- Expertise dans le domaine des outils ETL (Informatica, Talend).

- Expertise des bases de données Oracle ou de Postgre SQL.

- Connaissance de Python, DBT et/ou Prefect: un atout.

- Connaissance des métiers et de l'environnement de la banque: un plus.

- Très bonnes connaissances en architecture de données et en intégration.

- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à présenter clairement les choses.

- Français et anglais: parlés et écrits.

- Domicile en Suisse requis.
