In short As a Supply Planner Specialist, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide. Your Mission - Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear. - Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers. - Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements . Your story - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods. - Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Business proficiency in English is required.
